Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults - all online, covered by most insurance.
We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and Arizona is one of our newest markets.
That means the clinicians who join now aren't just filling roles - they're helping us establish care in communities that need it.

Conduct assessments and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team - therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
We're looking for therapists who want to get in early and help shape what we build.

Experience with children, teens, and families (or a strong interest in this population)
Bilingual English/Spanish - strongly preferred
Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice

$150 annual CEU reimbursement
