Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving DevOps engineering experience.
  • Prior experience must include: 4 years of shell scripting
  • 3 years working with Linux operating systems, DNS, firewalls, load balancing and system architecture
  • 2 years designing, setting up and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using Harness
  • 2 years of source code management using Git and Git-based workflows
  • 2 years working with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platforms

Skills

  • Install and configure recreations of software production environments to allow testing of software performance.
  • Conduct system diagnostic analysis to identify areas for continuous improvements and resolve complex software issues.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
  • Propose and discuss technical approaches, dependencies, and potential risks associated with the tasks identified for the sprint.
