About the role

- This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems in real time, identify emerging issues, and drive resolution to ensure platform uptime and performance.
- Support daily market operations, including system startup and shutdown procedures, application updates, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with clients, network providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain operational documentation and procedures that support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Partner with engineering and development teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical or network operations.
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and the ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity-related issues.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, regex) and tools like GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Certifications relevant to systems operations or infrastructure management.
