- Your future team: - The Sales Development Representative reports to the Sales Enablement Manager and will work very closely with Sales and Marketing Teams.
- Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
Responsibilities

- This role is responsible for assessing inbound leads, evaluating their needs, and determining their level of interest and fit with ROCKWOOL's products or services.
- The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality leads are passed to sales representatives, ultimately contributing to increased conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Engage with leads who are not immediately ready to speak to a salesperson, providing valuable information and periodic follow-ups to maintain interest and build relationships.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a sales, marketing, or customer service role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and basic knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience in lead qualification, lead generation, or the manufacturing/construction sector is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Ability to interpret lead data and make data-driven decisions to improve lead qualification processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities effectively.
- Experience in a high-volume lead or customer service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with lead scoring models and qualification frameworks.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with insulation products, applications, and key industry requirements in construction and manufacturing id preferred.

Compensation
- Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
- The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000.
