About the role

  • The UMB Governance organization within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is comprised of IT leaders, project managers, architects, software engineers, and analysts coming from diverse background and experiences.
  • Functionally, the Governance Organization provides guidance and oversight to IT processes, projects, capacity, and risk management functions to ensure appropriate strategies, policies and controls are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • More specifically, you will provide project leadership for new system or feature implementations, systems upgrades, conversions, and migrations.

Requirements

  • If you have experience in Banking Platforms, we want to talk with you!
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline and at least 8 years of IT project management experience.
  • Experience with Waterfall or combined Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services process/workflow including data management, fund servicing, core banking deposit payments, and fraud management.
  • You have experience with data conversions across multiple systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering projects with any of these vendors (ACI, FIS, or Q2).
  • A PMP certification.

Compensation

  • The posted salary range reflects the broadest standard range for this role, including all locations.
  • The anticipated compensation for this specific position is $130,000- $145,000.
  • This role is also eligible for annual incentive pay.
