About the role
- Ce que tu feras: Gestion opérationnelle Mettre en place et documenter des processus permettant de minimiser les risques organisationnels tout en préservant l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- S'assurer que les contrôles et les rapprochements sont en place et fonctionnent efficacement.
- Gérer un processus de clôture mensuelle efficace, dans le respect des délais de reporting du groupe.
Responsibilities
- Establish and document processes that minimize organizational risk while maintaining operational efficiency
- Manage an efficient monthly close process in adherence to group reporting timelines
- implement meaningful KPIs to support business performance management
- Other: support the CFO in cash management and forecasting
- Support the CFO in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support the AP team on US and Canadian sales tax matters
- Supervision: provide day-to-day direction and support to direct reports
- Budget: contribute to departmental budget planning and manage team-related expenditure
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting or controllership as an individual contributor
- 3-5 years of manager/ supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of accounting functions and department processes
- Experience managing GL, AR, and AP functions and leading a month-end close process
- Familiarity with US and Canadian tax requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional designation (required or in progress)
