About the role

  • This role will be onsite 5 days a week at our Santa Clara, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key modules of the behavior prediction system, focusing on accurately predicting the movements and actions of surrounding objects to enhance the decision-making capabilities of our autonomous vehicles.
  • Design and write highly optimized pipelines for data pre-processing, model training, data post-processing, and inference, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Create scalable training and evaluation tools and infrastructure to support continuous improvement and rapid iteration of behavior prediction models.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. with 3+ years of industry experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing and cloud computing platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in autonomous driving or robotics is a plus.

Compensation

  • Salary Range - $170,000-$250,000
