Responsibilities
- Manage overall client interactions in medium to large transactions, ensuring client needs are met with innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, clients, and internal colleagues.
- Review and clarify contract documents, bond forms, and banking terms and conditions.

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and risk reports.
Skills
- Experience in revenue and budget planning processes.
- Expertise in surety transactions and indemnity agreements.
- Strong internal communication skills to contribute to firm knowledge sharing.

- The applicable base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $275,000.
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- We are seeking a talented individual to join our Broking team at Marsh.
- This role will be based in Chicago, IL.
- As a Senior Vice President (SVP) in Broking, you will manage overall interaction with clients in medium to large client transactions.
- You will utilize your knowledge of client industries to analyze risk reports and develop innovative approaches to meet complex client needs, articulating the value to clients.
- Building and solidifying strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, clients, and colleagues will be key, as well as leveraging specialists across the firm to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- We will count on you to:
- Analyze risk reports using industry knowledge and articulate value propositions to clients.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing to enhance client service capabilities.
- Oversee responses to client queries and concerns, ensuring timely and complete resolution.
- Participate in revenue and budget processes with the management team.
- Guide clients on General Agreement of Indemnity terms for surety transactions.
- Review financial statements across industries, applying specific industry financial metrics.
