About the role
- Touchstone is looking for enthusiastic and friendly new team members to join our routesetting team as apprentices in Southern California.
- Through this program, we hope to createe a pathway for newer climbers to become a routesetter.
- If you're ready to work in a fun and creative environment where people share your psych for climbing and fitness, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Ability to work both cooperatively within a team and independently over the course of a work day Highly self-directed and motivated
- Whether you are training for your next multi-pitch assent, just learned to tie a figure-eight knot, or simply want a great place to work out, you belong here.
- The apprentice program is intended to bring inexperienced setters up to speed on all the skills and techniques required for routesetting.
