Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across laptops, desktops, networks, and telecommunications.
- System Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
- Security: Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- User Support: Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively.

Requirements
- 2-4 or more years of experience in IT support roles ( equivalent experience considered ).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Nice to have
- Experience managing and configuring:
- Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu)
- Red Hat Satellite Server.
- Current Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, A+, Network+, Security+).
- CompTIA Security +
- MS-900 - M365 Fundamentals
