- In this role, you'll build and manage a team that bridges design and engineering to create intuitive, performant mobile interfaces that make software creation accessible on any device.
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of mobile design engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and design craftsmanship
- Partner closely with design, product, and engineering leadership to prioritize mobile initiatives and ensure seamless collaboration between design and development teams
- Drive best practices for mobile-first development, ensuring your team builds production-grade patterns that deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while optimizing for performance
- Oversee the architecture of complex mobile UI components and systems, providing technical guidance and code review to maintain high standards
