- As an Overnight Program Staff, you'll provide a safe, structured environment during the overnight hours, ensuring the wellbeing of children in care.
- Be the calm in the night for youth who need it most.
Responsibilities
- Monitor youth throughout the night to maintain safety and security
- Record overnight activity and maintain communication with team
- Employee Assistance Program - Confidential support for you and your family
Requirements
- Must be able to walk, stand, and stay alert throughout the shift
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience with youth or in residential care is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
