About the role
- Liquid I.V. is looking for a Project Coordinator -Part Time (6-month contract) to join our team.
- This position will report into the Project Manager, PMO as part of the Strategy & Operational Excellence team.
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (approximately 20 hours per week)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or another relevant field
- Ability to follow decision and priority calls.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for assigned tasks
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills capable of maintaining relationships internally and externally. Maintains environment of trust.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to follow decision and priority calls.
- Beginner analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Documentation management and awareness of project management tools
- Attention to detail
- Skilled with Microsoft Office.
- Work Environment
Nice to have
- Some experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator Role
- experience in CPG/FMCG/manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of Wrike or other Project Management Tool is a plus
Compensation
- The compensation band for this position is $30-$35 per hour.
