Own outcomes for Vertical Platform domains, translating company strategy into clear goals and multi-year plans focused on scaling proven capabilities.
Drive prioritization and resource allocation aligned with growth, retention, and business impact.
Partner closely with Design, Marketing, and Data to drive adoption, retention, and conversion.
Lead discovery, experimentation, and roadmap execution with a strong 1→100 scaling mindset.
Build a strong data-informed culture, leveraging analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
Partner effectively with Engineering on trade-offs, scalability, and delivery quality.
Build and develop high-performing PM teams with strong product, UX, and growth capabilities.
Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, and Business teams.
Strong background working with UI/UX Design teams; deep appreciation for design quality and user experience as product outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment across product, design, engineering, and business.

8-10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of teams and managers.
Proven experience owning and scaling consumer-facing or user-centric platform products - with a clear 1-to-100 track record.
Sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with Engineering on trade-offs - deep technical expertise is not required.
