About the role

  • This role balances hands-on execution (60%) with leadership responsibilities (40%), ensuring effective sourcing, vendor management, and continuous process optimization aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Streamlines processes and drives continuous improvement in all aspects of the product including quality, service, productivity, and overall costs.
  • Maintains positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Develops and nurtures cross-functional relationships throughout Bulletproof and supply chain partners to achieve corporate goals and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Leads regular performance reviews, KPI tracking, and reporting for the procurement function
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Develop and maintain procurement playbooks, SOPs, and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Project Management for complex IT products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in process improvement thinking, including comprehensive knowledge of business operations and strategic planning skills to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Proven record of leading positive change.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Distribution Tools and Adobe Editor.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, computer, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) negotiations training, a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Fulfillment. (IT industry experience is preferred)
  • Strong procurement and vendor management experience (IT Hardware/IT Software preferred)
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience (Preferred)
  • Multi-Product Operations leadership experience is preferred.
