About the role

The Company Renewal by Andersen is the replacement division of the 120 year old Andersen Corporation.

As an Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality installations, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining organized job sites.

Worksite Preparation and Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards.
Finishing Work: Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high-quality end product.
Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with the Lead Installer to address challenges and ensure efficient project completion.

Material Handling Support: Our warehouse crew handles loading/unloading of windows and doors and manages truck debris, so you can focus on installations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted
ability to efficiently manage time and installation tasks.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and leadership.

Valid Driver's License Required
Proficiency in using an iPad for business applications.

Additional information?

On-target earnings (OTE) range from $60,000 to $150,000 annually, based on tier level and performance.
includes an hourly base pay with potential bonus opportunities for job completion when applicable.
