About the role

  • Focus is primarily on the wholly-owned hospitals but could expand to other system entities such as MMG in the future.
  • Assumes a leadership role as delegated by the Director.
  • Work Experience: - A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, including performance improvement, project leadership, clinical analytics and externally reported quality metrics experience.

Responsibilities

  • The performance improvement program manager, regulatory quality outcomes reporting position will support the Director of Performance Improvement and Project Deployment Office.
  • Focus is to support with monitoring and submission for regulatory quality outcomes and structural measure reporting requirements (TJC and CMS).
