Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or related agile delivery leader supporting large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).Experience delivering complex technology solutions and managing large concurrent portfolios of work.
- Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and empower teams to achieve shared outcomes.
- Experience facilitating large-scale planning events, program-level ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience using metrics, insights, and analytical thinking to improve delivery flow, predictability, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams and programs.

Nice to have
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
- Experience using Rally or similar agile planning and portfolio management tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and agile maturity initiatives.
- Demonstrated success coaching leaders and teams on agile principles and ways of working.
- Experience setting performance-focused objectives and leading continuous improvement efforts across multiple teams.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision-making at various organizational levels.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
