About the role

Inspect base materials, joint preparation, fit-up, welding processes, and completed welds.
Serve as a technical resource to welding, production, engineering, and quality personnel.
Participate in root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities.

Our core competencies include systems engineering, program management, logistics, production support, aircraft maintenance, and aviation/aerospace services.
This role partners with production, engineering, and quality teams to support compliance, continuous improvement, and defect prevention.
Maintain inspection reports, weld records, and material traceability documentation.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections.

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding inspection, fabrication, or quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of common welding processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.
Proficiency with inspection tools and measuring equipment.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Welding Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional certifications such as API, ASNT NDT Level II, or CSWIP.
Experience welding aluminum a plus Experience working in regulated, audited, or customer-driven environments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Basic computer skills, including accurate data entry and report completion.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.
