About the role
- The role explores and assesses new business opportunities, and expansion strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
- The role oversees a team of senior individual contributors contributing to the development of organizational strategy and business plans execution.
Responsibilities
- Leads critically important, higher impact, time-sensitive efforts to define new business opportunities (e.g., optimizing business models, growth initiatives, cost reduction strategies) with our strategic alliance partner.
- Manages highly complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives, including business development, operations, and large-scale transformation.
- Leads a team of senior individual contributors, who execute segment/functional business models.
- Partners with executives in creating strategic initiatives and aligning plans and projects on a wide range of strategic issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.
- Oversees significant analysis efforts and develops new tools and processes to evaluate strategic objectives and financial returns.
- Influences and coaches internal partners by participating in compelling analysis and recommendations that build the business case for new initiatives.
- Provides strong leadership, develops and sets individual and team goals, and acts as a change agent and leader
- ensures proper tools and resources are in place to support team efforts.
- Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
