Responsibilities
- Perform guest intake responsibilities, ensuring that all guests are greeted and provided with a detailed orientation of program guidelines, when applicable.
- Develop rapport with guests and garner guest feedback.
- Create, lead, and/or implement engagement activities with our guests, when applicable.
- Build rapport and trust with our guests through constant engagement and checking in.
- Assist Lead staff or Program Management with supplies inventory check/log.
- Maintain accurate record keeping including but not limited to daily
Requirements
- Overnight: 11:00PM-7:30AM, Sunday-Thursday Do you meet the REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for this position?
- The employee will frequently be required to lift/pull/push/move up to 50 pounds.
