About the role
- About KaiPod Learning KaiPod Learning brings together small groups (pods) of 10-12 students who live nearby and are enrolled in online or homeschool programs.
- We provide a safe, structured, and engaging in-person environment where students can thrive socially and academically, while parents gain peace of mind.
- At the heart of each pod is a KaiPod Learning Coach.
Responsibilities
- They serve as mentors, academic guides, enrichment facilitators, and trusted partners to families.
- You'll build meaningful relationships with students and their families.
- You'll support academic growth and guide enrichment activities.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of teaching experience.
- Experience working with students with neurodiversities Other experience working with young people (e.g. - coaching) is also prioritized.
- Compensation Compensation commensurate with experience.
