About the role

  • As a Strategy & Execution Manager, you will operate as a key extension of the VP of North America, driving critical initiatives across the business and ensuring execution against our highest-priority objectives.
  • You will work across sales, operations, marketing, and product-identifying gaps, solving problems, and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • From internal operations to external customer-facing initiatives, you will play a central role in scaling the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • CEO / VP Office Support
  • Prepare materials, analyses, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage and coordinate key meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications.
  • Build and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where roles are not rigidly defined.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results.

  • Base salary range: USD $100,000 - $150,000 (actual pay based on skills, experience, and location).
