Responsibilities
- Learn how index rebalances and reconstitutions work, developing expertise in indexing, benchmarking, and financial data over time.
- Perform independent review and validation of model outputs and underlying data sets to ensure accuracy and methodology adherence.
- Maintain process documentation for data sources, indexes, and workflows, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to communicate findings and support product and infrastructure enhancements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Highly self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to problem solving-proactively identifying issues and developing tools or solutions to address the
Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Technical proficiency in R, Databricks and SQL
