You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize activities to meet objectives on time and with a high level of quality
You have a demonstrated history of running self-directed projects, managing timelines, completing technology transfer, and executing projects in an R&D environment.
You are able to think at a high strategic level down to a task-based level and switch between the two easily.
You are a good mentor and leader.
You have an ability to deal with ambiguity/uncertainty and a willingness to try new/challenging things.
You have the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years experience.
