- Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution.
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and drive sales growth in a competitive market.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Frequent interaction with internal teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Compensation
- $85,000-$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.

- Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and sales forecasts while monitoring market trends and competitive activity.
- Resolve customer concerns proactively and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Capability to analyze market conditions and identify opportunities to expand business.
- Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, prospects, and project stakeholders.
- Combination of office, field, and customer site work environments.
