Responsibilities

  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
  • Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.

  • Clinician Lead - The evolvedMD executive team has two clinician leaders to ensure the clinical voice is the top voice in the room.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is required.
  • Growth Mindset + Agility - The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.

  • Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager

Compensation

  • $63,000 - $87,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
  • The investment doesn't stop with learning as you will receive an automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership program with an investment up to $10,000 following program completion after year two.
  • Earning Potential - How much you earn is up to you! If you want to go above and beyond to increase access and see more patients, please do, and if you want to simply see enough patients to earn your base salary, that works as well.
