About the role

Responsibilities
- You will ensure and support high-quality product development by conducting acceptance testing
- You will be working closely with consultants to create customer and product related documentation
- In addition, the team supports the product organization by conducting acceptance testing for development items.
- RELEX Solutions delivers a unified supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, enabled by proven AI technology.
- We help companies optimize demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing and promotions, supply chain operations, and production planning across the end-to-end value chain.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and queries.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis, with a willingness to grow scripting skills
- Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
- You are self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges.
Skills
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve personal productivity and streamline routine tasks
- What we consider an advantage:
- Previous work experience as an Analyst, Data Scientist etc or in customer service
- Ability to understand code and prior knowledge of databases
- Experience from retail, FMCG/CPG supply chain management, logistics, pricing
- Experience in implementing, or maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions
- Understanding of ITIL best practices for customer support
- Advanced Windows Server Operating System understanding - Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, Server Manager etc.
- Basic understanding of networking principals
