About the role
- Reporting directly to AQR's Senior Tax Counsel, you will be based in AQR's Greenwich, CT headquarters and be responsible for:
- Structuring, drafting and negotiating tax aspects of investment management agreements, side letters and private fund offering documentation
- Advising on tax aspects of structuring various institutional products, including domestic and offshore funds and investment vehicles

- Mature and thoughtful, with the ability to operate within a collaborative, team-oriented culture as well as operate independently

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is expected to be $200,000 to $215,000.
