About the role

Job Description Responsible for creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims in either the auto or specialty lines leading to the proper disposition.
Responsible for training, mentoring, controlling quality and providing technical assistance on material damage claims.
include reviewing and writing supplemental and original estimates, documenting claim activity, resolving repair-related concerns, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Possesses strong estimating fundamentals in order to create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities
Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files across multiple lines

Compensation offered for this role is 28.03 - 42.99 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.
