What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required.
We love training enthusiastic newcomers and dental assisting school graduates!
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-focused approach to easing dental anxieties.
Mindset: A naturally positive attitude, a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, and a highly collaborative team-player mindset.
