- Welcome clients and first-timers with confidence Run smooth check-ins before class Help new clients book classes, packages, and memberships Follow up with leads by phone, text, DM, and email Share promos and studio offers clearly Keep the front desk clean, sharp, and ready Support opening, closing, and daily studio tasks Help create the kind of energy people come back for
