About the role
- We are seeking an Analyst, People Technology to join our Firm.
- This position will be based in our New York office (hybrid).
- Assists with Workday configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with clients and People Operations team members to troubleshoot issues and support effective solutions.
- Supports implementation of Workday release enhancements, including functionality review, configuration testing, and issue resolution.
- Assists with assigned projects and provides support as needed to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Manages Firm resources responsibly.
- Gathers and documents client requirements including stakeholder identification, scope, current and future state processes and workflows.
- Submits change requests based on requirements and documents configuration changes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
- Knowledge and experience with project management.
- Ability to use discretion and exercise independent and sound judgment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient knowledge with Workday or other HRIS configuration.
- Skilled at using technology to execute projects.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates close attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Minimum of three years of HRIS configuration experience (Workday preferred)
Skills
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
Compensation
- $100,000 - $115,000
- The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range listed under Salary Details.
- Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.

In this role you provide technical support to People Team firm-wide, including talent acquisition, core HCM, compliance, case management, and related Workday processes. Assist with testing during Workday releases, supports data management, reporting and auditing activities, and contributes to process improvement initiatives designed to automate and streamline People Team processes.
