About the role
- MEMX is searching for a Product Management Analyst who will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and working with the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.
- This role includes aligning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while working with various teams to execute it.
- They must fully understand how MEMX's systems operate and be able to communicate changes driven by customer and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Translate regulatory and business processes into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Drive innovative solutions to meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors
- Collaborate effectively with various teams including Tech and Member Experience
- As professionals, they propose creative solutions to complex problems, require limited guidance on new assignments, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related role
- Knowledge of U.S. markets, market structure, and clearing
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development tools
- Experience with data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Nice to have
- Knowledge of international markets a plus
