About the role

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health team to join our growing team in a Washington D.C..

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care in a virtual environment.
Communication: Builds trust with pediatric patients and families and fosters open dialogue.
Advocate: Supports children and caregivers by meeting them where they are and connecting them with appropriate resources.
Collaborative: Partners with pediatricians and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver coordinated care.
At Zarminali, clinicians are supported to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while collaborating as therapists, advocates, and educators for children and families.
Tech-Forward: Uses telehealth and digital tools effectively to support patient care and documentation.

Partners with pediatricians and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver coordinated care.

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program

Experience delivering care through telehealth or virtual platforms strongly preferred.

Clinical Assessment & Care: Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
Patient Population: Provide behavioral health services to pediatric patients, supporting a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Growth & Emotional Wellbeing: Promote emotional development and resilience through early identification, therapeutic intervention, and evidence-based care.
Family Engagement & Education: Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care
