About the role
- Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health team to join our growing team in a Washington D.C..
Responsibilities
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care in a virtual environment.
- Communication: Builds trust with pediatric patients and families and fosters open dialogue.
- Advocate: Supports children and caregivers by meeting them where they are and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Collaborative: Partners with pediatricians and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver coordinated care.
- At Zarminali, clinicians are supported to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while collaborating as therapists, advocates, and educators for children and families.
- Tech-Forward: Uses telehealth and digital tools effectively to support patient care and documentation.

- Partners with pediatricians and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver coordinated care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
Nice to have
- Experience delivering care through telehealth or virtual platforms strongly preferred.

- Clinical Assessment & Care: Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
