About the role
- Monitors and responds to inquiries sent through the Medicaid email accounts healthy@la.gov and MMEReview@la.gov.
- Coordinates requests for printing materials, such as applications and flyers, through the OTS print shop.
- Oversees managed care organization (MCO) call center reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manages the coordination of outreach requests. Receives outreach requests through email and coordinates with field staff to create rosters for outreach events. Maintains an online calendar for staff coordination.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associates degree with 3 years professional experience, or 6 years professional experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum 1 year professional experience with project or program coordination.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience designing and executing public-facing content including the development of official forms and notices, training presentations, outreach materials and digital website content.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience with project or program coordination.
- Minimum 1 year professional experience with managing public communications content and websites.
- Minimum 1 year professional experience administering contracts, invoices, or vendor payments.
