About the role

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Budtender to join our cannabis dispensary team.
This position requires availability to work scheduled shifts during operating hours, which may extend past 2:00 AM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, including product displays, shelves, and inventory.
Maintain knowledge of current cannabis industry trends and products.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be 21 years or older
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must pass all required background checks
Must be available to travel 10% of the time
Must have open availability which includes nights and weekends
Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
Experience in retail sales and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
Prior experience in the cannabis industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
