Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time program execution.
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, R&D, and Operations to deliver high-quality product features.
Support alignment across teams by clarifying requirements, identifying potential blockers, and proposing well-reasoned solutions.
Manage key stakeholder relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners, presenting solutions that align with broader business goals. Be a natural relationship builder and clear communicator.
Drive technical excellence: Collaborate with engineering teams to make informed trade-offs and support scalable, secure product development. Apply working knowledge of APIs, data systems, and platform capabilities to contribute to sound technical decisions.
Demonstrated success in building and launching complex digital experiences enjoyed by millions of people around the world.

Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Experience with enterprise-level systems such as CRM, ERP, or service management platforms.
To be considered for career opportunities at Scout Motors, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

8+ years of program management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical platforms and service tools.
Experienced with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and project reporting dashboards.
Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and eager to integrate them into your workflow
Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program.
Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
