A highly respected boutique litigation firm with a national practice representing contractors, businesses, and institutional clients is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team in a fully remote role.

Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution Handle sophisticated commercial, construction, and government-related disputes in both state and federal courts Develop litigation strategy, draft dispositive motions, and prepare persuasive legal arguments Lead depositions, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation Serve as second chair at trial, with opportunities to assume first-chair responsibilities Prepare and examine witnesses while developing effective trial strategy Build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients and serve as their primary legal advisor throughout litigation Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff while fostering a collaborative team environment Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships Play a meaningful role in the firm's continued growth and future leadership
