Responsibilities

  • Deliver basic post‑sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries.
  • Prepare and document pricing proposals for modified or customized product configurations.
  • Support field sales teams in managing accounts and driving product direction, profitability, growth, and achievement of sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior exposure to application engineering or technical support is preferred (entry level).
  • Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • Expected salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
