About the role

  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
  • Replace lighting, filters, belts, batteries, and other routine maintenance items Tenant Service Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants regarding repairs and project status.

Responsibilities

  • This position performs preventative maintenance, responds to tenant service requests, completes building repairs, and assists with maintaining building systems to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations.
  • The Commercial Maintenance Technician works closely with the Building Engineer, Property Managers, vendors, and tenants to provide exceptional service and preserve the value of company-managed assets Essential Duties and Responsibilities Building Maintenance & Repairs Perform routine maintenance and repairs at assigned commercial.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building systems and equipment.
  • Plumbing fixtures and piping Electrical fixtures and minor electrical repairs HVAC preventative maintenance and minor repairs Doors, locks, and hardware Drywall, painting, and carpentry Ceiling tiles and flooring Windows and glazing Roofing repairs (minor) Concrete, sidewalks, and parking lot maintenance Maintain common areas, mechanical rooms, storage areas, and exterior building appearance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and safety Preventative Maintenance Perform scheduled inspections of building systems and equipment.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance logs and documentation.
