Requirements

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on project-related issues
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- 4-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design and construction
- Professional Engineer ( PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant structural analysis software
