About the role

Responsibilities
- Build lightweight tools, servers, and orchestration layers (e.g. MCP servers) that let agents run reliably in production.
- Long-running agents that read documents, pull from connected systems, and take actions end to end
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years building in AI/ML.
- We're out to build the definitive AI company for insurance - and we're moving faster than anyone in the space.
- Own big pieces of the product from day one - ideal if you want to start your own company one day.
- drive, grit, and ownership.
- Note that this is not a model-training role - you'll be building orchestration and reasoning systems on top of existing LLMs (think Claude-Code over Claude-Model).
