About the role

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance is a core contributor to the consolidated financial picture of the combined G2.
It is a high-visibility individual-contributor role with direct exposure to senior leadership and the company's operating rhythm.
Track risks & opportunities (R&Os) and bridge consolidated actuals to plan and forecast.

Maintain the consolidated three-statement model across all entities (US, India, Spain), supporting intercompany eliminations and entity roll-ups.
Support the monthly consolidation process in partnership with Accounting and the Controller's organization.
Build and refine models supporting capital allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
Perform variance and trend analysis and ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions.
Support Corporate Development on post-acquisition tracking.
Support the company expense planning and budgeting processes, including budget vs. actuals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Build executive-ready analysis of company performance against goals, budgets, and forecasts.

4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, banking, consulting, or related fields.
Proven use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve efficiency.
Track record of accurate, detail-oriented work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Experience with multi-entity consolidation and executive or Board reporting.
Proficiency in ERP & BI tools (Intacct, Looker, or similar).
ability to distill analysis into clear insights.
