Ability to support and troubleshoot live events (Town Halls, Fireside Chats, etc.) quickly resolving or finding a work around.
Provide Tier 2 level support of various collaboration, voice, video systems at TCB
Ability to manage proposals, including coordination of installers, and tracking of time and materials
Ability to create a Bill of Material, drawings, and assist with estimated time frame for A/V integration into new builds.
Serve as point of contact with A/V service providers, vendors, and internal A/V escalation support
T echnical understanding in design, configuration and troubleshooting of collaboration technologies.
End user support for all Unified Communications - collaborative applications, video, VoIP telephone services

Ability to program/configure A/V hardware when needed.
Required Bachelor's level college degree related to the AV field or 5 +years of relevant experience as follows
Required ability to read and comprehend AV system design diagrams, specifications and technical manuals.
Experience with managing Cloud based InterOp solutions
