About the role

  • The SAP Senior Manager is responsible for the performance and development of the SAP deposit team.
  • Guidance and Assistance with Technical Teams
  • Encourage open communication and diverse perspectives to foster innovation and arrive at optimal solutions.

Responsibilities

  • The role is responsible for determining SAP design and configuration solutions that translate business needs into development requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to assess current technical capabilities.
  • Implement rigorous quality reviews during design, development, and testing cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to established design, process, and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain transparency and integrity in all communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years in managing core banking application teams
  • 10+ years' experience in financial services industry (preferably Retail banking domain)
  • Expertise in application architecture related work (preferably within SAP Banking domain)
  • Experience in leading SAP or core banking implementation projects.
  • 5+ Years of experience in people management and leading teams.
  • Ability to ideate with business stakeholders and present the solution options.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.

  • Expected base salary range is 130,000$
