- The artist's voice at the leadership table - turning ground-level insight into product and marketing decisions
Responsibilities
- The most important artist relationships personally; the rest you build a team and playbook to run
- You'll lead artist relations at GRAI - own the strategy, build the function, and grow the team behind it.
- At this stage you'll be hands-on while you build, then scale yourself out as the team grows.
