Responsibilities
- identify gaps, assess platform fit, and develop solutions aligned with agency mission requirements
- Lead business process and system analysis efforts: map current-state workflows, define target-state requirements, and produce the analytical artifacts - process models, system assessments, data flow documentation - that drive sound design and implementation decisions
- Manage and develop delivery teams
- We apply modern capabilities - including AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT modernization - to solve complex challenges, enable faster and more secure operations, and drive measurable mission outcomes.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $150-$200k DOE
