About the role

  • Regularly present your work to leadership and quickly adapt to the feedback provided.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and pipeline improvement projects.
  • Work with the team to define best practices and workflows and production pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist / collaborate with their lead environment artist in the creation of the levels.
  • Be able to identify level design / art design problems that may affect level production and provide constructive solutions.
  • Assister et collaborer avec ton/ta lead environment artist dans la création des niveaux.
  • Être capable d'identifier des problématiques de level design ou d'art design pouvant impacter la production des niveaux et proposer des solutions constructives.
  • Optimize and debug level.

Requirements

  • Create any required hard surface or organic environment models and texturing at a high level of quality while uphold the art direction defined.
  • 8+ years of experience as a game artist and have shipped at least 2 AAA title.
  • Must be proficient in 3D Studio Max or Maya.
  • Experience with a professional game engine is essential
  • experience with Unreal Engine is a desired asset.
  • Knowledge of and passion for video games.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Zbrush is a plus.
