About the role

- The Quality & Continuous Improvement Technician is an on-site, floor-level role within the Quality Management System (QMS) team, reporting to the Quality Manager.
- Embedded in day-to-day operations across our integration facilities, this technician plays a hands-on role in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement at the process level.
Responsibilities
- Use of AI: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, assessing responses, or to capture recordings and create transcriptions or summaries during interviews.

- Perform daily floor observations across operations to identify quality escapes, process deviations, and recurring defects.
- Document non-conformances, root causes, and corrective actions in the company's internal ERP/WMS system.
- Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and technicians to implement process improvements and standardize operating procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods on the facility floor.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- daily presence in the facility is required.

Compensation
- The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount.
